Parish Council Minutes
Please note: all "face to face" meetings are cancelled until further notice. The government has introduced legislation that allows Council meetings to be held virtually.
Council meetings are Minuted by the Clerk. These Minutes are approved by the Council and signed by the Chairman at the next meeting until then they are to be considered draft.
All Council meetings are open to press and public under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Clyst St Georges Parish Council's Standing Orders, unless their presence is prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted or for other special reasons. Exclusion of the public from part or all of a meeting shall be by a resolution which shall give reasons for the public’s exclusion.
Below you will find the current year's minutes, previous years' minutes are available upon request to the Clerk.
